Time for change – The Future is renewable – Greenpeace
These few words from Greenpeace made Peru’s government very angry. This message has been written in large yellow letters on the highly protected archeological site Nazca, considered sacred for many Peruvians. This message from the Non-Governmental Organization Greenpeace is very ironic because it obviously pollutes a protected site while they are fighting against environmental destruction.
Peanuts Daily met David Ritter, Greenpeace CEO:
I believe that was a very strong and clever action from Greenpeace. We destroyed a protected environment site to show we are against the action of destroying the environment. This can be applied for anything. If you are against terrorism, bomb yourself; if you are against animal cruelty, torture an innocent animal; if you are against racism, make racist jokes; if you are a feminist, fight for male power… This is the way we think at Greenpeace and we are proud of it.
To the question: are Greenpeace members’ intelligent? We can definitely answer that they are but they just don’t think the same way as everyone else does. We believe the “Mad” theory can be applied to them. If you believe everyone is mad around you, it probably means you are the one who is mad. Greenpeace members believe everyone is stupid around them.
Some of the goals for 2015 and into the future are the hope to punch a whale in the face and defecate on a pregnant penguin’s chest.
